End User License Agreement
The licence terms for installing and using Wildz Casino KeyHub.
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Wildz Casino KeyHub for the use of the Wildz Casino KeyHub iOS application and any associated content.
Licence grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for managing your stay at the Wildz resort.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of the app
- Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or lease the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except where permitted by law
- Remove any proprietary notices from the app
Apple App Store terms
This EULA is concluded between you and Wildz KeyHub only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply to your use, and in case of conflict those Apple terms govern the Apple-specific provisions.
Ownership
The app, including all intellectual property rights, is and remains owned by Wildz KeyHub and its licensors. This EULA grants you no ownership rights.
Updates
We may provide updates, which may be required for continued use. This EULA covers any updates unless they are accompanied by a separate licence.
Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach any term. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
Disclaimer and warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
