The terms that govern your use of the Wildz Casino KeyHub app.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wildz Casino KeyHub iOS application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The app is provided to guests of the Wildz casino-resort who are 18 years of age or older. A valid reservation may be required to access certain features.
Your reservation code
Your reservation code unlocks your stay within the app. Keep it confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your device and code.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the app
- Misuse the digital pass or attempt to access rooms or services that are not yours
The digital pass
The digital room key is provided for your stay and remains the property of the resort. It may be deactivated at check-out or if your reservation ends or is cancelled.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Resort information and event programmes may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildz KeyHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to the service
We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
